Autumn Express guarantee
At Autumn Express, we stand behind our service, our products and our customers. If, for any reason, you or your gift recipients are not completely satisfied with your gift, within 60 days of when it was purchased, we will exchange it or refund the credit card used for purchase. With a receipt, we offer an exchange or refund in the same manner in which the original sale was made for items returned. Cash will be refunded on cash and check sales. Credit will be issued on charge sales. All items must be returned in new condition with original packaging and contents. If product is returned after 60 days, from the date of purchase, a gift card will be issued. Items cannot be returned without a receipt. Sale merchandise is not returnable for exchange or refund. Seasonal merchandise returned after 30 days of purchase will be issued a gift card. Price adjustments will not be honored.
Returning an Item
To return an item by mail, please repackage it, enclose the packing slip, insure the package, and send it back to us. Our return address is Autumn Express Customer Returns Department, 2071 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94110. We will refund or credit the value of the item, including taxes. Shipping charges are not refundable. You may also return items purchased online to Autumn Express store.
